3. Orders and Agreements
An agreement is only concluded after written or electronic confirmation of an order by Matysco BV. Matysco reserves the right to refuse orders or impose additional conditions.
4. Delivery and Lead Times
Delivery times are indicative and not binding. Delays do not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation of the order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Prices and Payment
All listed prices are exclusive of VAT and other charges. Payment must be made within the agreed term. In case of late payment, interest and collection fees are due automatically and without formal notice.
6. Warranty and Liability
Matysco supplies products from recognized manufacturers. For warranty conditions, we refer to the provisions of the respective manufacturer. Matysco is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or loss of profit.
7. Complaints
Complaints regarding delivered products must be reported in writing within 7 calendar days of receipt. After this period, deliveries are deemed accepted.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights to texts, images, logos, and other content on this website remain the property of Matysco or the respective manufacturers. Reproduction is not permitted without written permission.
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
All agreements are subject to Belgian law. In case of disputes, only the court of [court of the registered office] shall have jurisdiction.
